Thomas C. Boney

Thomas C. Boney, 84, of Findlay passed away Friday, October 17, 2025, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay.  He was born to the late Egidio and Mabel (Scagnetti) Boney on December 25, 1940, in North Baltimore, Ohio.  Tom married Joyce A. Bhaer on November 11, 1961, and she preceded him in death on December 28, 2020.

Tom is survived by daughter, Carol (Joseph) Sudlow of Van Buren, and son Rick Boney of Findlay, his grandchildren; Clayton (Lauren) Sudlow, Paige (Alexander) Hutchins, along with Molly (Tanner) Weber and Pierce Boney, and their mother Beth Fox and great grandchildren, Lilly Weber, Kila Hutchins and Cole Sudlow, as well as, sisters-in-law, Becky Bhaer and Patricia Boney.

Preceding Tom is his loving wife, brothers, Edward (Marceille) Boney, James (Betty) Boney, Don (Harriet) Boney and Pat (Kay) Boney and brother-in-law, Alva Bhaer.

He worked for Marathon Petroleum for over 30 years from positions in the cafeteria to supervisor of mailroom/communications and lastly in records retention.

He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Findlay.

He loved spending time with his grandchildren and golfing every Tuesday with good friends. He was also an avid Detroit Tigers and Lions fan.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 1:00 to 3:00pm Sunday, October 26, 2025, followed by the funeral service beginning at 3:00pm with Deacon Dave Gerardi, officiating at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay, Ohio.  Burial will be private in New Maplewood Cemetery in North Baltimore, Ohio at a later date.
