Thelma had a heart for missions and a fondness of her childhood in Findlay, OH, that was her comfort as her mental capacities diminished. She enjoyed genealogy and was a member of The Hancock County Daughters of the American Revolution with a great, great, great, grandfather Solomon Walker of Virginia who fought and died in The American Revolution. His daughter, Lucrecia (Walker) Jacobs is buried here in Hancock County at the High Bank Cemetery on S.R. 568. Church was an enormous part of her life and she was willing and ready to go almost every day and despite using a walker, had plans to go door-to-door and witness. In her later years, she had hundreds of copies of her personal testimony printed to pass out to all those with whom she came in contact. She enjoyed food and she invites you to accept your invitation to The Marriage Supper of the Lamb by first acknowledging you have sinned, secondly believe those sins can and will be forgiven, if thirdly, you ask and accept Jesus as your savior. You will find her there celebrating with the hosts of heaven and all those believing converts who have passed on before her and likely wearing that "one dress" from the 50's that she "should have never given away." The family would like to especially thank Ashley & Kenna of Bridge Home Health and Hospice, their genuine care, help and guidance was invaluable. Visitation hours are 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at the Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay, and also from 9:30 until 10:30am at Findlay First Assembly of God, 124 Ash Ave, Findlay on Friday. The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022 at Findlay First Assembly of God, 124 Ash Ave, Findlay, and will begin at 10:30 a.m. Officiating the service will be her son-in-law, Rev.
