Sue Ann Baughman

Sue Ann Baughman, 77, of Findlay, Ohio formerly of Fairfield Glade, Tennessee, passed away on January 24, 2023 at Bowling Green Bridge Hospice Care Center. She was born March 7, 1945 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Arthur and Frances (Daniels) Burgoon.  She married Richard (Dick) Baughman on June 2, 1973 in Findlay, Ohio and he preceded her in death February 2020.  Beside her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Betty Dearing, a nephew and one great niece. Sue is survived by two nephews, one great nephew, one great-great nephew, three great-great nieces, and dear friends Diana Risner and Jody Fishbach.

She was a 1963 graduate of BGHS in Bowling Green, Ohio.   In 1964, Sue graduated from the State Beauty Academy in Findlay, Ohio.   She was a hairdresser for many years and then went to work for Kohl’s Distribution Center in 1994 until retiring in 2005.  Sue and Dick enjoyed their retirement years in Knoxville, Tennessee, then Fairfield Glade, Tennessee. After Dick passed, Sue moved back to Ohio.

Sue enjoyed the game site on the internet. She loved cooking and having friends over for dinners. She liked all animals. Sue also enjoyed being Mrs. Santa Claus with her husband who was Santa Claus for many gatherings in Ohio and Tennessee.

She requested no service. She would like for her friends to remember her by the New Year’s eve parties, golf vacations and fun times everyone shared with Sue. If you would like to make a memorial, please make it to the charity of your choice in Sue Baughman’s name.

As a white Dove soars upward and onward to home, our loved one soars into a new life of peace. She is now with her husband in heaven.
