Ronald E. Riker

Ronald E. Riker, 70 of Findlay, Ohio passed away at 5:35 a.m. on Friday, August 13, 2021 at the Findlay Bridge Hospice Care Center. Ron was born on October 25, 1950 in Findlay to Dale R. and Roberta L. (Ewing) Riker. He married Sandra M. Schuette Gibson on August 21, 1976 and she survives.Ron is also survived by a son, Jon Gibson, a daughter, Judy (Gibson) Grieser, and a sister, Cynthia (Ron) Nungester; six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Dawn (Gibson) Karrick on December 18, 2019 and a brother Carl R. Riker on December 12, 2001.Ron was an employee of Garner Trucking, Peterbilt, and Findlay Truck Line. He was the owner of Sting Ray Motors for over 18 years.Ron was a member of the StoneBridge Church in Findlay where he served on council.Visitation for family and friends will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at KIRKPATRICK-BEHNKE FUNERAL HOME, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay, OH 45840. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 18 at the funeral home with Pastor Michael Wise officiating.
