Robert Johnson

Robert "Bob" Johnson, 56, of Findlay, Ohio passed away on Wednesday October 6, 2021 at his residence. Bob was born on December 19, 1964 in Findlay, Ohio to Daniel G. and Sandra (Jager) Johnson. His father preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Abby (Bernola) Johnson; his daughter whom he was so proud of: Chelsy (Bob) Taylor of Fostoria, Ohio; adopted son: Nick Frena of Findlay, Ohio; siblings: Pamela (Steve) Powell, Dan (Renee) Johnson, Michelle (Shannon) Johnson all of Findlay, and Ronnie (Linda) Johnson of New Albany, IN; grandchildren: Ethan Norris, Bella, Harper, and Maizie Taylor; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bob will be reunited with his daughter and son Chantel and Chaz Johnson who preceded him in death. Bob was a 1983 graduate of Findlay High School. He operated the Mill at Cooper Tire and Rubber for twenty-four years before retiring in 2015. Many of his co-workers may only remember him as Howard or Jeff. Bob loved his family first and always, his babies Albert and Mammy Sue and took pride in caring for his yard.A special thank you to his cousin Bill Johnson for all the trips, help, and time you took with Bob A special thank you also goes out to Dr. Derek Thomas and his staff for the exceptional care and kindness we received. Visitation will be held at KIRKPATRICK-BEHNKE FUNERAL HOME. 500 Lima Avenue,Findlay, Ohio 45840 from 1:00-3:00p.m. and 4:00-7:00p.m. on Monday, October 11, 2021 with a memorial service to follow, beginning at 7:00p.m. If attending the visitation or service, please dress respectfully. In lieu of flowers, Bob asks that you donate to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
