Orma Jean Strait

Orma Jean Strait, age 86 of North Baltimore, Ohio passed away at 3:05 pm on July 26, 2021 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. Orma Jean was born on August 26, 1934 in Robinson, Illinois to the late Luther Orman and Alice C. (Warford) Highsmith.Orma was married to Robert L. Treft in September of 1954. They were married for 51 years before he preceded her in death on October 29, 2005. She then married Charles A. Strait on April 22, 2008. Charles died on September 12, 2008.She is survived by Diana (Steve) Hart of Findlay, OH; Dan (Mary) Treft of New Providence, Iowa; Deb Suman of Arcadia, OH; Daryl Treft of Findlay, OH; Donna (Ronald) Dorman of Findlay, OH; Dale E. (Wendy) of Treft of Findlay, OH; Darlene (Jerry Jr.) Suman of North Baltimore, OH; and daughter-in-law Kay Strait; 20 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 6 great great-grandchildren. Siblings surviving are Richard O. (Barbara) Highsmith of Littleton, CO; Marianne Hill of Elyria, OH; and Barbara (Fernando) del Rio of Madrid, Spain. Orma was preceded in death by one granddaughter, her sister Kay Siebeneck, stepson Rink Strait; son-in-law Jerry Suman Sr and brother-in-law Richard Hill.Orma was a member of Bowling Green Baptist Temple Church in Bowling Green, Ohio.Visitation will be held from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at KIRKPATRICK-BEHNKE FUNERAL HOME as well as from 2-3pm on Friday, July 30, 2021. Funeral service will follow at 3:00pm on Friday, July 30 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Knollcrest Gardens near Arcadia, Ohio.In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Orma's honor to Bridge Home Health and Hospice.
