Mary Jane Croy

Mary Jane Croy, 79, of Findlay, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Brookdale Senior Living. She was born in Findlay, to the late Richard P. and Bernadine M. (Hulbert) Croy, on September 2, 1945. She married James R. Baldwin, March 5, 1966, and they later divorced.

 Jane is survived by 2 daughters, Lisa (Bo) Moser and Laurie (Scott) Lucius, 4 grandsons, Bryce, Cody, Frank, and Brandon (Melissa), a sister, Linda J. Croy and a sister-in-law, Joanne Croy, as well as a niece.

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her brother Richard Paul Croy Jr.
 

She was employed at Meijer prior to her retirement. Jane enjoyed the many animals she had throughout her life. If someone mentioned shopping, Jane was ready to go!

Her final days were spent at Brookdale Senior Living Facility. The family would like to thank the staff at Brookdale for the loving care they gave Jane and the kindness they showed to the family.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay. The funeral service will begin immediately following the visitation at 1:00pm, remaining at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Dan Metzger. Jane will be laid to rest at Maple Grove Cemetery, Findlay.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jane’s name to the Humane Society and SPCA of Hancock County, 4550 Fostoria Avenue, Findlay, Ohio 45840.
