Lori Lynn Fairbanks, 50 of Findlay, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, at 7:11 p.m. on Monday, April 18, 2022 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 22, 1971 in Fremont, Ohio to Gene Grant and Mary Jane (Sabo) Fairbanks.She obtained a Social Work degree from the University of Findlay and worked for the Showe Management Corporation in Findlay for many years. She was a champion for equality and dedicated her life to helping others. On July 27, 2008, she married Ken Keith at Trinity Lutheran Church, where they both remained active members.Lori cared deeply for her friends and family and found great support from them during her battle with cancer. Her greatest joy in life came from her children and granddaughter. She is survived by her son, Jordan Jackson (Findlay, OH), as well as her daughter, Kayla Williams and granddaughter, Mary Landry (both of Waterville, OH).For those around her, Lori's excitement and enthusiasm for life was contagious. She enjoyed playing cards and absolutely adored everything Disney, included Disney World. She had an adventurous spirit and loved seeing the world. She truly enjoyed traveling, especially with her mother and daughter, and had a number of favorite spots, including the Green Cove Spring Pier in Florida near her best friend, Tara. She also shared in her son's passion for football and Lori and Ken were co-owners of the semi-pro Findlay Knights football team.In addition to her children and granddaughter, Lori is survived in death by both parents, her husband, her brother, Greg Fairbanks (Findlay, OH), and her sister, Wendy Foor (Findlay, OH). She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gabriel & Mary Sabo and Milo & Arvella Fairbanks.Visitation for family and friends will be held from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2022, and from 2-3 p.m. on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 935 West Bigelow Avenue, Findlay, OH 45840. Lori's funeral service will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday April 24, 2022 at the church with Pastor Will Stenke officiating.In lieu of flowers, memorials in Lori's name are suggested to Bridge Hospice.Online condolences may be sent via www.kickpatrickbehnke.com.
