Leonard J. Sorrell 77, of Marblehead, Ohio, formerly of Fostoria, Ohio, died at 7:07 p.m. on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at the Stein Hospice Care Center in Sandusky, Ohio. Len was born on February 15, 1944 in Muskegon, Michigan to the late Leonard C. and Zelma (McClary) Sorrell. He married Judy Gault on July 4, 1995 and she survives. Also surviving are two sons Leonard P. Sorrell of Muskegon, Michigan, Steve Gault (Stephanie) of Findlay, a daughter, Shelley Bower of Findlay, nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, a sister-in-law Betty Sorrell and a nephew Al Sorrell. Len was preceded in death by a brother, Alfred Sorrell.He graduated from Muskegon High School and was a United State Navy veteran.Len retired from Quality Farm & Fleet after 30 years there. He most recently retired from the Kroger Store in Port Clinton, Ohio. He was life member of the Ralph D. Cole Post # 3, American Legion in Findlay, a life member of the Amvets and a 40 year member of the Findlay Moose Lodge. Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 19, 2021 at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, with Rev. Richard Hiltibran officiating.
