Kathleen "Robyn" Smith 65, of Findlay died suddenly on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. Robyn was born on May 12, 1956 in Bennington, Vermont to the late Robert and Margaret (Hewitt) LeRay. She moved to Findlay in the fourth grade and graduated from Findlay High School. She married Douglas Smith on June 11, 1983 and he survives. Also surviving are three children, Matthew (Jennifer) Murdock of Reno, Nevada, Bryant (fiancée Julia) Smith of Findlay, Ohio and Jamie (Kyle) Kempfer of Niwot, Colorado, as well as grandchildren Nadia, Asa, Gabriel; a brother, Patrick (Mary) LeRay of Findlay; mother-in-law, Jacqueline Smith of Findlay, and brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Lisa Snaufer of Tipp City, Ohio. Also surviving are nieces and nephews Michael (Christi) Snaufer, Megan Spears, Nathan (Karen) LeRay, Jennifer (John) Lane and Lindsay (Eric) Businger; and great-nieces and nephews Sara, Joey, Abby, Byron, Owen, Aiden, Liam and Austyn. Robyn was preceded in death by a brother Michael LeRay.Robyn was the former owner of Pink Peppercorn Catering, and helped her husband at Touch of Elegance and A Family Tree Floral Shops. Robyn was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister.She loved her family and friends, and was always dressed to the в??nines.' Robyn enjoyed entertaining and cooking; and she made wonderful theme cakes. Robyn had a wonderful sense of humor and her smile lit up any room; she loved to laugh. She told the most hilarious, silly jokes and she loved playing Bingo with her mom.Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home followed by a memorial service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Rev.
