Jane Marie Myers

Jane M. Myers 88, of Arlington, Ohio, passed away at 12:42 p.m. on Monday, October 4, 2021 at the Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center where she had been since Friday, October 1. Jane was born in Findlay on March 16, 1933 to the late Fred G. and Mary Catherine Karcher.She married Jim R. Myers on July 19, 1958. She is survived by her five children, Gary Myers of Mt. Blanchard, Jeff Myers of Mt. Blanchard, Cindy (Roger) Ardner of Tiffin, Ohio, Jennifer (Howard) Mullenhour of Toledo, Ohio and Tim (Amber) Myers of Arlington, Ohio; along with ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Jane was preceded in death by her husband on August 24, 2020 and her sister, Helen Philipps.Jane worked at Ohio Bell for 7 ½ years as well as Holiday Inn and Buckeye Communications. She was known for selling Avon for over 42 years in the Findlay and Arlington areas.She was also a member of Knights of Columbus, Leo Councilettes, past president of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and BVH Hospital Auxiliary. Jane loved traveling, cooking for family, reading and playing cards.Jane was a lady of deep faith and was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Findlay. She loved angels.Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay, with a Rosary service beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday. October 8, 2021 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church downtown, 617 West Main Cross, Findlay. Burial will follow in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery.
