Gloria (Pizana) Rojas

Gloria Rojas, 82 of Findlay, Ohio, passed away at 2:48pm on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, in her home. She was born on April 11, 1942, in Laredo, Texas to the late Juan and Carmen (Carrillo) Pizana. Gloria married Everardo H. Rojas on October 3, 1960. He preceded her in death on May 16, 2019.

Surviving Gloria are her children, Elizabeth A. (Carlos) Zamudio of Deming, New Mexico and Everardo M. Rojas of Findlay, Ohio; her stepdaughter Maria (Jeff) Seibert, 18 grandchildren and 64 great-grandchildren, three sisters; Betty Sanchez, Angie Arrequin and Toni Bishop and a brother, John Pizana.

 She was preceded in death by two stepdaughters, Nancy Rojas and Janey Hernadez; her sister, Irma Flores and her brothers-in-law, Joseph Arrequin and Raymond Sanchez.

She spent a lifetime taking care of others, as a homemaker, working in restaurants as a prep chef and baker and cleaning hotels. Gloria enjoyed flower gardening, spending a lot of time in her backyard.

Gloria was a member of St Michael the Archangel Catholic Church.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay, Ohio. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 617 West Main Cross Street, Findlay, Ohio 45840, with Fr. Adam Hertzfeld celebrant.  Burial will follow in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery.
