Elise Marie Billmaier

Elise M. Billmaier, 24 of Findlay, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at 9:58 a.m. on Monday, August 29, 2022 at her residence. Elise was born on June 9, 1998 in Findlay to Timothy and Anna (Kinn) Billmaier and they survive along with a brother, Sam Billmaier and her boyfriend Kyle Hilbert.

Elise graduated from Findlay High School in 2017 and Bowling Green State University with a B.S. degree in Fine Arts in 2022. She was a talented artisan and made the world a better place with her creativity, smile and artistic abilities. She wanted to use her gifts to become an art therapist and help others.

She loved playing softball, volleyball, watching the Detroit Lions, going to concerts, making and listening to music, especially “Harry Styles”.

Elise had been employed at the Findlay YMCA as a camp counselor, Wolfies, and she was also an art history tutor at B.G.S.U.

She loved all of her uncles, aunts, cousins, family and friends. They were all there to support her through good times and bad.

Visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay. A Vigil Service will begin at 7:45 p.m. Thursday, followed by a time of family sharing. There will also be additional visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Friday in the church narthex. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 2, 2022 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 750 Bright Road, Findlay, Ohio with Fr. Peter Grodi, celebrant. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to: Braden Kramer Foundation; St. Michael Parish; Be the Match; Cancer Patient Services; or the American Red Cross.

Have fun running in the sunflowers with Oreo and Mesa-Moo. You are dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
