Donna L Cornwell

Donna Louise Cornwell, 80, of Findlay, Ohio passed away at 9:29 p.m. on Monday, October 25, 2021 at the Manor at Greendale. She was born on November 7, 1940 in Enid, Oklahoma to the late Ted Alfred and Lorna Pauline (Storey) Bonham. She married Tomy W. Cornwell on June 17, 1960 at the Findlay Grace Brethren Church and he survives in Findlay.Donna is survived by two sons, Steven W. (Jonnica) Cornwell, David M. (Kathy) Cornwell, and a daughter, Kellie L. (James) Zapf. Surviving grandchildren are Brooke (Chris) Thompson, Paige (Zach) Ward, Hughe (Katie) Perry, Marco (Samantha Lotz) Zapf, Jonathyn (Paige) Zapf, Jalyss (James) Zapfletts, Jacelyn (David) Granda-Zapf, Jaidyn Zapf, Josiah Zapf, Jeremiah Zapf, Olivia Cornwell, Parker (Jeannette) Cornwell, Abigail (Aaron) Iffland, Ella Cornwell, Isaac Cornwell; and great-grandchildren, Wrehn, Reese, Lexi, Rossi, Blair, Christian, Alexzander, Tobias, Santiago, Seneca, Marie, Jedidiah, Gravenor, Charles and Nika. She is survived by her sister, Peggy (Eugene) Gary, and was preceded in death by brother, Thomas (Kathleen) Bonham. Donna worked for Furrow Building Materials and Pathways Christian Counseling. She was very artistic and shared her enjoyment for art by teaching it to her grandchildren. She loved to welcome people into her home and share Sunday dinners. She was a Pittsburgh Steelers and Ohio State football fan. Donna was known as someone who would do anything for anyone; she was generous, hospitable, and encouraging. She was a skilled cake decorator and never missed bringing a cake to a birthday.Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday October 29,2021 from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay, Ohio 45840, with a funeral service to follow, beginning at 12:00 p.m. Donna's grandson, Parker Cornwell, will officiate.In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Findlay Alzheimer's Association, act.alz.org.Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.kirkpatrick-behnke.com.
