Donna Mae Foulk Krieger Brockman, 94 of Findlay, passed away at 9:50 a.m. on Easter Sunday morning at Primrose Assisted Living of Findlay.. She was born November 22, 1927 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Edgar H. and Vieda V. (Fry) Foulk. Donna first married Earl P. Krieger, who preceded her in death on October 28, 1984. She was then married to Paul F. Brockman; he also preceded her in death on April 12, 2021.Donna is survived by children, Dianne (Tim) Mertins of Bluffton, SC and Nancy (Jack) Haffelder of Findlay; step-children, Diane (Vern) Dewees of Findlay and Jim (Lisa) Brockman of Morehead, KY. She was preceded in death by sons and daughters-in-law, David (Barb) Krieger and Steven (Linda) Krieger.Surviving are grandchildren, Amy (Stephen) Combs, Jeffrey (Michelle) Mertins, Brandon and Brian Haffelder, Greg (Andrea) Krieger and Mark (Missy) Krieger, Jennifer (Chris) Rudeseal and Jessica Bagwell. Preceding Donna in death are two grandchildren, Kevin Timothy Mertins who died in infancy, and Matthew John Haffelder who was stillborn.Also surviving are great-grandchildren, Stephanie (Jacob) Stansell; Kelsea, Erin, Alexis and Megan Combs; Abigayle and Josyah Mertins; Madison, McKinley and Zac Krieger; Makayla (Jake) Anderson; and McKenzie, Makaitlyn, Makarley, Joseph (Bubba) and Gabriel Krieger; and step-great-grandchildren, Steven, Matthew, Jacob and Ashton Rudeseal; and Jordan and Logan Bagwell.She was a 1945 graduate of Burnham High School, Sylvania, OH. A proud homemaker, her job was taking care of her family and home. Donna was employed in a factory during WW II wrapping candy bars for the military. She enjoyed baking, reading, cooking, RV camping and later took escorted tours around the world with Paul. She volunteered as a room mother in her children's grade school, made cheerleading outfits for the Clyde Flier Cheerleaders and took up golf after marrying Paul. She was also an avid knitter, volunteering hundreds of hours with the Women's Auxiliary to knit and donate baby sweaters and blankets to the Blanchard Valley Hospital.Donna was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Findlay. It was her wish that any memorials in her name be made to the First Lutheran Church, 109 East Lincoln Street, Findlay, Ohio 45840.Visitation for family and friends will be held from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay, Ohio 45840. The funeral service for Donna will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home with her grandson, Pastor Mark Krieger officiating. Burial will follow at Toledo Memorial Park, 6382 Monroe Street, Sylvania, Ohio 43560 where she will be laid to rest beside her first husband, Earl P.
