Daryl O. Treft

Daryl O. Treft, 66, of Findlay, passed away Friday morning, May 2, 2025 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. He was born November 23, 1958, in Findlay, Ohio to  Robert and Orma (Highsmith) Treft. He was preceded in death by his father and his mother Orma Strait.

Daryl is survived by two sons, Gregory L. (Abby) Treft, of Ada and Savage Treft of Findlay, two grandchildren, Maura Treft and Kiara Treft, a brother Dale E. (Wendy) Treft of Findlay and four sisters, Darlene (Jerry) Suman of North Baltimore, Diane (Stephen) Hart of Findlay, Donna (Ron) Dorman of Findlay, and Deb Suman of Arcadia and a sister-in-law, Mary Treft.

In addition to his parents, Daryl was preceded in death by his brother Daniel L. Treft of Iowa.

Daryl just retired from ROKI Incorporated. His hobbies included vegetable gardening and camping.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00am to 12:00pm on Monday, May 5, 2025, at Kirkpatrick Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay, Ohio. Funeral service will follow at 12:00pm, officiated by Rev. Ron Dorman, Daryl’s brother-in-law. Burial will be private, at a later date.
