Bradley D. Hammond, 55 of McComb, Ohio died on Monday, June 28, 2021 at his residence. Brad was born on February 10, 1966 in Findlay, Ohio to Robert D. Hammond and Dianne M. (Busdicker, Hammond) Fredo. He is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth (Michael Davis) Hammond and Allison (Brandon Spradling) Hammond both of Findlay. Also surviving is his mother, Dianne (Dominic) Fredo of Findlay, two brothers, Christopher (MaryBeth) Hammond of Findlay, David (Kim) Hammond of Findlay, sister Tammy (Dean) Riedlinger of Mt. Blanchard, several nieces and nephews, and long-time friends Bobby, Jim, Greg, and Tim. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert D. Hammond and friends Erik Rothlisberger and Dave Starr. He was a 1984 graduate of Van Buren High School, where he was active in the football, basketball and baseball programs. He was in construction sales most of his adult life. Brad's greatest passion and the loves of his life were his two daughters, Ellie and Ally. He was an avid Michigan football fan and enjoyed watching most sports (except soccer). For many years, he was active with Home Builders Charity Golf Outings. He was instrumental in establishing The Howard Memorial Euchre Tournament, which still continues today. He was active with his daughters' sporting careers by coaching their softball teams and actively attending all extracurricular activities. He was a Christian with a strong faith in God and enjoyed sharing Bible verses and discussions with neighbors Bill and Carly. He enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing, entertaining family, friends and neighbors by holding an annual cookout, traveling, camping/hiking, and sitting by a fire listening to baseball games and music. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay, Ohio from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, 2021. A Celebration of Life, also located at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, will begin at 11am on Friday, July 9, 2021.
