Benjamin Nicholas Homsher passed away at his residence as a result of a fire in Findlay on September 3, 2023. He was born to Michael Homsher and Gay Ann Homsher (Rahmel) on December 18, 1991, in Bowling Green, Ohio. Ben was a baptized child of God. He was baptized in the summer of 1992, and later confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church. He graduated from TRECA Digital Academy on May 12, 2010, and was employed at Cummings Cleaning Service. He enjoyed computer science and was very close to completing his degree at The University of Findlay.
Ben had a big heart and a gentle spirit. He enjoyed spending time with his nephew and nieces. He would play tag with them and often brought over small toys or candy. Ben was generous. He shared apples he had from his backyard with his family. He shared his time helping others when he could.
Ben enjoyed gardening and loved to eat raspberries. He had a wonderful garden this year; his fruit trees are flourishing. He also loved animals. Two of his best friends were Diesel and Colby, whom he adopted. He enjoyed taking them for walks.
