Alice Mae Waldman

Alice Mae Waldman, 83 of Benton Ridge, Ohio died at 8:49 a.m. on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at the Blanchard Valley Hospital. Alice was born on September 4, 1937 to the late Paul and Mary (Gault) Heuberger in Findlay, Ohio. She married George Franklin Waldman on October 14, 1956 and were happily married for 64 ½ years.Surviving is her husband George, along with their children, Paul (Carol) Waldman of Mt. Cory, OH, Rusty (Melissa) Waldman of Rawson, OH, and Kathy (Jeff) Taylor of Findlay, OH; ten grandchildren: Nick (Amy) Taylor, Luke (Heather) Taylor, Trent (Ally) Taylor, Adam (Jessica) Settlemire, Ashley Settlemire, Heather (Josh) Meeks, Renee (Jon) Kreiser, Joshua (Erin) Waldman, Joel (Angie) Waldman, and Sydney Waldman; and 15 great grandchildren. Alice was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Sue Settlemire, a great grandson D.J. Settlemire, brother Paul Heuberger and sister Norma (Orla) Davis. She was employed as a secretary for Findlay City Schools. She was a member of North Central Ohio Cushman Motor Scooter Club, Cushman Club of America, and the Vintage Bike Club of America. She loved camping and fishing with her family and friends and traveling across the United States and Canada. She loved music and enjoyed playing the piano since she was 5 years old. Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay, Ohio followed by the funeral service beginning at 3:00 p.m. with Rev.
