Kenneth James Hauck, 73, of Findlay died at 1:37 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2019 at Fox Run Manor Nursing Home in Findlay. Ken was born on August 3, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Donald and Mary (McCalvey) Hauck. He married Mary Christine Shea on June 28, 1969 and she preceded him in death on November 14, 2012. Ken is survived by four children, Maryclaire (Dan) Gremling of Findlay, Don (Noelle) Hauck of Summerville, South Carolina, Casey (Laura) Hauck of Columbus, Ohio, and Abigail (Dustin) Smith of Tega Cay, South Carolina; and thirteen grandchildren, Gabriel, Micah, Zachary, Simon, Eliza, Mollie, Tessa-Kate, Kendall, Caroline, Kaylynn, Ava, Declan, and Sullivan. Also surviving are two brothers, George (Marylou) Hauck of Cleveland, Ohio, Terry (Lois) Hauck of Roanoke, Virginia and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Ken was a 1964 graduate of St. Edward High School in Lakewood, Ohio and graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He was formerly employed as Controller/Manager of Finance and Administration for Marathon Ashland Pipe Line LLC. He most recently was Accounting Manager for Bowling Transportation, Inc. Ken was an active member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church where he had served on the church council. He served his country in the Army Reserves. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and friends. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at KIRKPATRICK-BEHNKE FUNERAL HOME with a Rosary recited at 7:45 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 4, 2019 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 750 Bright Rd, Findlay with Fr. Michael Zacharias celebrant. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
