David Duane Snoke
Obituary Service Details Condolences

David "Dave" D. Snoke went to be with his Heavenly Father at 6:15 p.m. on Sunday, July 7, 2019. He was born on October 25, 1964 in Findlay, Ohio. Dave will be forever loved and remembered by his parents, Harry (Randy) and Marlene (Owen) Snoke, loving wife Wendy (Smith) Snoke; children Christy (Vijay) Binn, David (Maegan) Snoke, Ryan (Ashley) Snoke and Amber (Britain) Leone as well as his wonderful grandchildren, Dezrae, Preston, Domnick, Kaylyn, Evan, Noah and Stella. Dave will also be dearly missed and forever loved by his siblings, Linda (Snoke) Connor, Karen (Snoke) Arnold and Timothy (Mary) Snoke as well as numerous nieces, nephews and close friends. After serving in the Navy, Dave worked at Time Warner Cable where he met his wife Wendy. Dave then opened New Adventure Computer and Electronics (1993) which, he and Wendy owned and operated together for 26 years. Dave's incredibly diverse skills and willingness to help anyone in need made his work a truly amazing gift to so many. Any time of day and any kind of project or emergency Dave would be there with a smile on his face and a solution. Dave loved electronics and always had an impressive collection of tools, "toys" and guns. He was always the first to have "the hot new thing" and the first to share it whether it was showing the family the latest drone or introducing the grandchildren, nieces, nephews and some brave adults his new hoverboard. In addition to the latest and greatest electronics Dave enjoyed a long list of activities over the years. In earlier years he would share his love of flying his airplane with his family and friends taking many of the younger members on their first flights. For years no summer gathering was complete until he played a heated game of basketball with his kids and brother. In recent years he loved relaxed nights by the campfire and spoiling his beloved puppy Sidney. Dave also enjoyed sharing a love of Harleys and motorcycle rides with his wife, son and friends. Dave was very devoted to his family and anytime he saw or heard of a need or a repair he was there to do it without question. He was a true representation of a family man who above all honored God and his family. Visitation will be held on Thursday July 11, 2019 from 2-4 an 6-8 p.m. at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home and also from Noon until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 12, at the Upper Room Church of God, 520 West Bigelow Avenue, Findlay, followed by the funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Upper Room Church with the Rev. Donna Ebanks officiating. Burial will follow in Knollcrest Cemetery. In Lieu of charitable donations we request on David's behalf that you simply do some act of kindness for someone else today.
